Working at The Southern Nevada Art Museum

The Southern Nevada Art Museum showcases decades of global art for everyone to experience and enjoy.

Since its inception, the Southern Nevada Art Museum has aimed to be more than just a collection of rare and beautiful artworks. We are dedicated to creating a respectful and collaborative work environment, with a team as diverse as the communities we serve. Our staff are passionate art enthusiasts, united by a shared mission: to build the most vibrant and inspiring art museum in the world.

Each day, art comes to life in our galleries through exhibitions and events, offering fresh insights and surprising connections across different eras and cultures.

We are committed to maintaining a workplace that is inclusive, welcoming, supportive, and collaborative. One way we foster community is through Employee Resource Groups based on shared identities. Throughout the year, we also honor and celebrate staff heritage and identity through events tied to the collection, partnerships with community organizations, artmaking activities, and more.
